All Sales at OhMyPopShop.com are final, including pre-orders. Pre-Order items will only be placed upon confirmation of required deposit or full payment of the item/s. Please make sure that your order details (quantity, billing/shipping, etc.) are correct prior to checkout. We cannot accept returns or exchanges, with exception to the special conditions as outlined in our Return Policy. In the rare instance that we’re able to accept any order cancellations, full refund will be issued. For more info, see FAQ/T&C.

Popcoins (Points) is our rewards program.
- Popcoins are earned on product purchases. You can use your popcoins for discounts off your orders.
- 1 Popcoin (Point) = 1.00 PHP
- To track your popcoins please visit your Account section of the website.
- Popcoins earned for product purchases are awarded to you upon checkout.
- Popcoins are calculated automatically through the website based on rules relating to your purchases.
- OhMyPop reserves the right to adjust, cancel a redemption if the points have not been awarded correctly.
- If in this circumstance OhMyPop adjusts your points, you will be notified in such an event.
- You can redeem your popcoins in the View Cart page before Checking Out.
- OhMyPop reserves the right to change our Popcoins reward program at any time without notice.
Pre-Order item is marked as Sold Out
Items are marked as Sold Out if we are unable to accept new orders for that item. Once all available pre-order slots are filled, the item will be marked as Sold Out and we may or may not be able to accept new orders for it.
MOQ/Item Release Cancelled
If the pre-ordered item did not reach the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and is cancelled for our region, we will inform you immediately as we are informed. You have the option for a full refund or store credit.
Initial Deposit for Pre-Order Items
A minimum initial deposit is required. You will be charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process.
Balance Payment for Pre-Order Items
You pay for the remaining balance upon claim of your item. Customer should claim his/her item/s within the following time frame:
- If you paid the initial the deposit;
Items should be fully paid within 7 days upon items arrival. If this is not met, your initial deposit will be FORFEITED. - If you fully paid the items;
Items should be claimed within 60 days upon items arrival. If this is not met, your payment will be FORFEITED and your item will be disposed.
Different ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival)
We don’t have any control when our orders are shipped to us, whether it be directly from Funko or from one of our other distributors. We can never promise shipping dates on pre-ordered items. Upon arrival of your pre-ordered item(s), we will immediately process your item for shipment. Once your order has been processed, packed and shipped, We will contact you immediately and provide your tracking information
Ordering In-Stock & Pre-Ordered items
In-Stock order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Pre-Order items will be processed after confirmation of required deposit or full payment of the item(s). We will not ship any part of your order until all of your items have been received into our inventory. In order to avoid delays in receiving your in-stock item(s), we strongly suggest that you place separate orders.
Cancellation of Order(s)
All Sales at OhMyPopShop.com are final, including pre-orders. Please make sure that your order is correct prior to checkout. We cannot accept returns or exchanges, with exception to the special conditions as outlined in our Return Policy. In the rare instance that we’re able to accept any order cancellations, full refund will be issued.
Pricing
While some items may seem identical, there are a few different factors that may result in pricing differences. The condition of the item and exclusivity, are just a few examples that may affect pricing. Additionally, some of our items are from our consignment customers, which means that they have been priced by different individuals. One seller may have a different asking price than another.

Product Availability
If you’ve made an online purchase for a particular item, there may be a slight chance that your item has already sold. In the rare event that this has happened, we will send you a notification and provide you with a full refund.
We know how important it is that you receive your items in good condition, so we always take extra care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure that your items arrive safely and undamaged. There are however, some exceptions that must be taken into consideration when placing your order.
Shipping Damage/Lost Packages:
- All products purchased and shipped from OhMyPopShop.com will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, risk of loss or damage for such products will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Since we do not have any control over how the carrier handles your package, we can’t be held responsible for their delivery practices and cannot guarantee that your item(s) will always arrive in mint condition.
- If your package arrived damaged by the carrier, or has been lost in transit, please contact GoGo Xpress (File a claim) as soon as possible to initiate a parcel damage claim, if you need assistance on this you may also contact us at ohmypopshop@gmail.com
- Please note that a minor packaging flaw that doesn’t affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims.
Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days, via GoGo Xpress & LBC
All Sales at OhMyPopShop.com are final, including pre-orders. Please make sure that your order details (quantity, billing/shipping, etc.) are correct prior to checkout. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. There are some exceptions to this, which are highlighted below.
- Returns are not accepted for any reason after 7 days of receipt.
- The customer is to pay for all shipping costs for any returned item and shipping is non-refundable for any return.
- If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, please contact us at ohmypopshop@gmail.comwithin 7 days of receiving the item(s) and we will begin processing your return/replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Photos of the incorrect item(s) may be required, and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued.
- In order to be eligible for a return, you must email ohmypopshop@gmail.com. If your shipment qualifies for a return, instructions will be provided. Any/all returns sent back without return authorization will be refused. Please contact us before returning any item.
We do our best to hand pick quality items, however you might not receive a perfect box. There may be shelf-wear, creases, or slight imperfections. There can also be minor issues with paint & flocking. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange items due to imperfections.
We ship everything in a strong walled box, bubble wrapped and padded where needed to try to ensure they arrived in top condition, sadly we can not always make sure that the couriers treat your parcels well. Should an item arrive with minor dents or creases, we simply can not replace these, as it would be too expensive for either party, and we would have taken every care in protecting the item when it left us.
All returns will be refunded as store credit (accessible via your account) and not to your original payment method; unless specifically requested at the time of your return request. Any and all discount codes or member rewards are non refundable and cannot be reinstated.
Returns Exceptions
- U.S. Store Exclusives / Subscription Boxes (Ex.: Funko Shop, Hot Topic, FYE, Walmart, etc.)
- Due to the lack of protection provided by these stores we cannot guarantee the box condition for any of these boxes, and therefore cannot accept returns or refunds. Please contact us before returning any item.
* If your return is approved, all items must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging and in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered, will not be eligible for return.
- Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the original purchase price.
- Postage for reshipped packages will be billed to the purchaser.
